WANKO DASHI 7-Pack

"Wanko Dashi" is a dashi (broth) developed under the supervision of a medicinal food expert and a veterinarian, designed with your dog's health and nutrition in mind.
It blends natural Japanese ingredients such as bonito, dried sardines, and mackerel with medicinal food ingredients like adlay, dandelion, eucommia leaves, dried citrus peel, and Korean ginseng.
It gently supplements often-lacking nutrients and helps maintain your dog's health.

Directions

Cold Brew

1. Prepare an airtight container and wash and sterilize it with boiling water.
2. Place 1 pack of this product and 300ml to 400ml of water into the container and shake lightly.
3. Refrigerate and brew for approximately 6 to 8 hours.
4. Remove the dashi pack, and it's ready.

Simmer

Bring this product to a boil with water, then simmer over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes after boiling. Remove the dashi pack, and it's ready.

Storage Method and Duration

It can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days, including the brewing date.
To prevent odor transfer in the refrigerator, we recommend using an airtight container.
(e.g., a lidded container with a rubber gasket, etc.)
Always remove the dashi pack when storing.

[ Point ]

• Leftover dashi from simmering can be cooled and made into dashi ice cubes using an ice cube tray.
• After making ice cubes, transfer them to a freezer bag, remove the air, and store them in the freezer.
• As freezing can cause a loss of flavor, we recommend using it as soon as possible.
• For simmering, as with cold brew, use approximately 300ml to 400ml as a guide.
• It can be used daily for hydration or as a topping for food.
• For dogs sensitive to taste, start with a diluted amount.
