Can I change my order details?

Can I specify the delivery date and time?

Currently, you cannot specify the delivery date and time.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days of confirmation.
Product arrival is expected to be approximately 2 to 9 days, depending on the region.
*Excludes Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and long holiday periods.

Can I specify a different delivery address from the ordering party?

Yes, you can.
Please specify when purchasing the product.
In that case, a detailed statement with prices will not be included.

About delivery methods

Delivery will be via Yamato Transport's Nekoposu or Takkyubin.
The shipping method will be either postal delivery or standard delivery, depending on the order quantity.

Is there a shipping fee?

For subscription plans, shipping is free.
For regular purchases, the shipping fee is 500 yen.

Yes, it can be incorporated into daily meals.

Is it okay to give it to puppies and kittens?

Yes, it can be used for growing pets.
However, since there are individual differences in physical condition and digestive function development, when giving it for the first time, please start with a small amount and observe your pet's reaction.
If your pet is young and prone to stomach upset, or if their physical condition is unstable, please dilute it, or start giving it once their internal organs have matured, adjusting according to their physical condition and developmental stage.

Is there salt in it?

No salt is added.
Inzen Hinata products prioritize the natural flavors of the ingredients and are designed to be incorporated into daily meals.

Can I use it if my pet has allergies?

While no allergies were reported in preliminary monitor tests, there is a possibility of reactions depending on individual constitution.
If your pet has allergies or is on a therapeutic diet, please consult your veterinarian with the ingredients of this product before use.

Can I use it if my pet has a chronic illness such as kidney, heart, or liver disease?

Inzen Hinata products are not intended to treat specific conditions.
Please use them as an aid to maintain your pet's daily health.

What does "Yakuzen" mean?

Simply put, "Yakuzen" is "a way of thinking about regulating your diet according to your physical condition and constitution."
It's about being mindful of ingredients, quantities, cooking methods, and eating habits that suit your constitution and physical condition, based on your current environment and state, not only when you're unwell but also to prevent becoming unwell.
This daily approach to food is the basic principle of "Yakuzen."

What is the meaning of "Inzen Hinata"?

"Inzen" comes from "Inzen Seiyo," a book considered to be the original text of Yakuzen.
"Hinata" (sunny place) embodies our desire to be a comforting presence that gently supports the health of dogs and cats, like a warm, sunlit spot.
