While preserving the traditional practices of Yakuzen (herbal medicinal cuisine), he actively incorporates modern global food culture and the latest advancements in nutritional science. His goal is to create innovative and original Yakuzen that transcends the boundaries of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines.
In addition to producing Yakuzen ingredients and developing new products, Nagamine collaborates with restaurants and companies both within and outside the prefecture. He supervises and develops recipes and processed products that incorporate Yakuzen principles, contributing to a diverse range of culinary innovations.
