Spring Colorful Steamed Rice with WANKO DASHI

Ingredients
■For the risotto
- Cooked white rice … 80g
- Wanko Dash … 400ml
■For the steamed dish
- Red sea bream (sashimi grade) … 80g
- Spring cabbage … 60g
- Pumpkin … 30g
- Carrot … 20g
■Toppings
- Blueberries … 4 berries
Preparation
- Slice the pumpkin and carrot thinly
- Tear the cabbage by hand
- Cut the blueberries in half

Making the risotto
Put the white rice and Wanko Dash in a pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Once it lightly boils, reduce to low-medium heat and cook for 3-5 minutes.It's ready when it becomes soft.

Steaming the ingredients
Line a bamboo steamer with cooking parchment paper and arrange the red sea bream, cabbage, pumpkin, and carrot.
Pour enough water into the pot below so that it does not touch the steamer, and bring it to a rolling boil.
Once boiling, place the steamer on top, cover, and steam for about 8 minutes.Adjust the heat to ensure steam is continuously being produced.
If you don't have a bamboo steamer, you can steam the ingredients in a frying pan with a small amount of water and a lid.

Serving
Plate the dashi risotto, then flake the steamed red sea bream on top.
Arrange the vegetables attractively, and finally, garnish with blueberries. Serve.
