Mixed Bean Soup with WANKO DASHI

Ingredients
- 500 ml water
- 1 packet WANKO DASHI
- 30 g cooked adzuki beans (unsalted)
- 15 g cooked black soybeans (unsalted)
- 50 g cabbage, diced (about 1 cm)
- 20 g carrot, diced (about 0.5 cm)
Preparation
- Use cooked adzuki beans and black soybeans that are soft enough to mash easily with your fingers.
- Dice the cabbage into 1 cm pieces and the carrot into 0.5 cm pieces.

Prepare the Broth
Add 500 ml of water and one packet of WANKO DASHI to a saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Cook the Ingredients
Remove the broth packet, then add the adzuki beans, black soybeans, cabbage, and carrot.
Simmer for 15–20 minutes until all the vegetables and beans are tender.The beans should be soft enough to mash easily with your fingers.

Serve
Pour the soup into a serving bowl.
For extra flavor and nutrition, mix the contents of the used broth packet into the soup before serving.
