- Wanko Dashi: 150ml

Instructions
- Beat the egg well in a bowl, then add 150ml of Wanko Dashi and mix.
- Strain the mixture through a tea strainer into a heatproof container.
- Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave (500W) for approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Finally, top with "Dashi-gara Furikake" and serve.
